A good day can easily be interrupted. All the things around you could be falling into place accordingly, we can have all the positives and even the negatives and still feel overwhelmed. Sometimes it’s hard to stay in the present moment, it’s hard to rewire your brain and reel yourself back in. We can get ahead of the present and anticipate things we don’t even know, or how or why the things around us are making us feel out of place. Anxiety's the first to have us feel like we want to run or escape but sitting with it can put us on edge and cause us to feel unsure and unload on us. Breathing through and finding a new distraction that’s healthy has worked for me. Conditioning your mind to practice positive reinforcement and knowing it’s okay not to have the answers. Anxiety comes from all things, it doesn’t mean you have to feel burdened by it, you don’t have to feel like it’s always going to set you back. You don’t have to feel like you need people to understand where you are at. Search outside of the labels that get attached to anxiety. Being anxious is a normal feeling, everyone goes through it, sometimes it creeps up and pokes it’s way through. Get out of your head and place yourself right back in the safe spaces you create for yourself. Be your own boss. Don’t let the roller coaster of thoughts take control of the work your doing everyday. Love your flaws, love every piece of yourself. Push yourself to the state of mind that you want today. Things happen and you are the only one who knows how to help yourself through it. Believe and have hope. Things in the dark always come to light. Whatever is causing you worry will pass. Inhale confidence and exhale the doubt❤
